10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK PROPERTIES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and applications include a "Do-Not-Track" feature or setting that you can enable to indicate that you do not want data about your online browsing activities to be monitored and collected. At this time, no uniform technology standard has been established for the detection and implementation of DNT signals. Therefore, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or other mechanisms that automatically communicate that you do not want to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will notify you of this practise in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

11. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In short, yes, if you are a California resident, you have certain rights regarding access to your personal information.

Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, our users who are California residents may request and receive from us once a year, free of charge, information about the categories of personal information (if any) that we have shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with whom we have shared personal information during the immediately preceding calendar year.
